These headphones were better than I expected. But other than that, they sound great, mic works great, works excellent with my LG Neon. Everything is great. The only downside is that they dont come with earbud covers and the buds are a little large. I love them. They came in about 3 days after I ordered them at standard shipping rate.

The headphones themselves were cheap and not the right kind for my phone. When I first saw them my first thought was that they looked flimsy. I'm going to have to buy a new pair at the AT&T store. One good thing is that the shipping time was good, but that was it.

WE EVEN HAVE DEC AND JAN BIRTHDAYS. They made me feel horrible and were rude about the incident. I'VE BOUGHT GREAT ITEMS BOTH ONLINE AND AT LOCATIONS. I bought THREE items for the exact phone as a THREE piece deal. (AND WHAT EVER HAPPEND TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT, ESPECIALLY OVER SOME CHUMP CHANGE ITEM) I'VE ALREADY WENT OUT AND BOUGHT HER THE NICEST BLUETOOTH I COULD FIND AND SHE'S MUCH HAPPIER NOW. The other two items where simply bonus items that DID come on time and correct. THEY SENT THE WRONG ONE AND THEN DISRESPECTED USE AND TOLD US IT WAS A USER ERROR INSTEAD OF TRYING TO COME TO A MUTUAL AGREEMENT TO EARN AND RETAIN OUR BUSINESS.

The headset came last and was NOT correct. However the most important item was the headset for my girls phone. All of my items for the THREE piece advertised deal where for the LG Xenon GR500 phone. NO TELLING WHAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED.

I tried to fix the minor issue of this inexpensive item with the seller. "WHY WOULD I ORDER ALL MY ITEMS FOR THE LG XENON GR500 EXCEPT FOR THE HEADSET, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE OTHER ITEMS WHERE SIMPLY BONUS ITEMS FOR THAT EXACT PHONE."IT'S NOT A BIG DEAL, I'M GLAD I GOT THIS OUT OF THE WAY EARLY BEFORE I MADE A MAJOR PURCHASE WITH AMAZON. I'VE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY OVER SUCH A SMALL ITEM IN MY LIFE. BAD THING IS AMAZON WILL GET NO MONEY FROM ME OR ANYONE I KNOW FROM THIS POINT FORWARD BY THE WAY THE VENDOR TREATED US WHEN ALL WE WANTED WAS TO GET THE CORRECT HEADSET FOR THE PHONE.LATELY ME AND MY FAMILY HAVE DONE TONS OF SHOPPING FOR THE HOLIDAYS. The other above listed items came with this item as bonus items for buying he head-set. I SURE AM GLAD I DIDN'T GO AHEAD AND BUY SOME LCD T.V.s AND LAPTOPS AND OTHER STUFF FROM HERE. I now understand Amazon has many different vendors and they all send the items from their individual locations. I WILL NEVER AGAIN SHOP HERE OR SUGGEST IT BY THE WAY I WAS TREATED.
